2. Gather the words to use.

Front: Supply the name, date and short phrase.
INSIDE: Substitute your ceremony selections for ones shown on my template View denominations.
BACK COVER: Use a prayer, eulogy or obituary here.

3. Mail or Email, I’ll do the rest.

Once I receive your selections, I’ll begin to create your memorial keepsake. All the while, I’ll be in personal contact with you to assure you that it will be created to your satisfaction!
