Customer satisfaction is my priority. All my templates are inspected prior to shipping. If, however there is a problem
with my product, please email me or call me with a brief description and I will revue and rectify the issue at once.

Terms of Sale: Full payment, including shipping and handling is required with all orders. No refunds or partial refunds
once your order has been verified and started due to time and materials used.

Refund Policy: All sales are final after 24 hours of sale because your custom work will have been started. In the case
of a refund on an order under 24 hours, a $25 processing fee will be charged. Refunds may take up to 14 business
days to be issued.

Complaints: Any complaints must be registered within 24 hours of receipt of job. Should the job contain errors and/or
defects, we would replace at no charge. We maintain the right to judge what a defect or error is.

It is important that you inspect the package at the time of delivery. Ask the freight carrier for a copy of the delivery
receipt so we may track the order back to us.

If the product is damaged in shipping, you may choose to refuse the delivery. If you choose to refuse the delivery, you
must note the damages on the delivery receipt, new orders cannot be started untill the originals are returned.

If only part of an item is damaged, you may accept the order, note the damages, and contact us. We may be able to
replace damaged pieces.

Obligation to enter the correct delivery information when ordering is with the buyer. Should you enter the wrong address,
we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address. We are not responsible for any delays that are out of our
control such as postal delays, storms etc..

Delivery: Quoted delivery times are based off having all your information in-house. Business days are Monday to Friday
